‘Outstanding achievement’
The annual winners of the 2019/20 CEO and COO Awards have been announced. Co-sponsored by CEO, Stuart Simpson, and COO, Achim Dünnwald, the awards recognise and reward excellence in our operational units.
Rotherhithe and Southwark Delivery Office is this year’s proud winner of the special annual award for ‘Most Improved Unit of the Year.’
The London-based delivery office has shown outstanding transformation year-on-year in a historically challenging environment, and, impressively, improved its Vital Few position from 1,230 to 372.
The team received a visit from Achim to receive prizes of gold lanyards, pin badges, a special commemorative plaque and breakfast to celebrate their outstanding achievements.
‘This is an outstanding achievement,’ said senior HR business partner, Lauren Carnall. ‘This really demonstrates how far we have come as a team and should give us all great confidence for the forthcoming year.’
The CEO and COO Awards take place throughout the year at quarterly intervals, with prizes awarded to the highest achieving units at the end of the year.
