Help youth mental health

On Friday 21 August, colleagues will be getting involved with Action for Children’s ‘Boycott your bed’ event.
Action for Children are aiming to raise a phenomenal £25,000 and would love for your household to raise £50 via Sponsor Me. This will be matched by Royal Mail (up to £25,000) – doubling the impact of your donation!
All the money you raise will go towards Action for Children’s Blues Programme, helping to make an incredible difference to vulnerable children’s mental health across the UK.
Five easy ways to kick-start your fundraising:
- Ask family, friends and colleagues for sponsorship and share your Sponsor Me page on your social media channels.
- Self-donate to your Sponsor Me page. For a fun twist, donate what you’ve been saving on your commute.
- Are you guilty of too many dad jokes? Is someone a known bragger? Do you use too much jargon at work? Set up a 'swear jar' to challenge those bad habits!
- We've all seen the latest internet crazes - why not create your own and go viral? Do something impressive or unusual, donate to your Sponsor Me page and encourage people to take on your challenge!
- Get your family, friends and colleagues together for some fundraising fun. Quizzes, bingo and karaoke - there's lots you can do over a virtual platform.
