Your voice heard

In episode 10 of RM Radio, we hear about what goes into our Employee Survey, featuring interviews with colleagues directly involved in the process.
In this week’s episode, we have a new presenter, postman of 12 years, Michael Shanahan, from Wallington Delivery Office in Surrey.
As well as being a postman and a dad, Michael produces, edits and hosts ‘Popcorn Saga,’ his very own TV and film review podcast. In early 2020, Popcorn Saga peaked in the top five UK TV and film Apple Podcast charts. Michael, along with his co-hosts Tiffany and James, watch the best shows and movies and give fun and honest reviews. Find the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you get your podcast – just like RM Radio.
For the first time this year, the Employee Survey moved fully online. Click here to hear Michael talk about how the Employee Survey works and why it’s so important to keep the conversation going.
‘The Employee Survey is vitally important,’ said Michael. ‘As posties on the frontline, our voices need to be heard. The Employee Survey is a great way for you to express what you like and dislike and provides a fantastic platform for us all to work together.’
