Striving for success

CEO Stuart Simpson visited New Malden Delivery Office in south west London to thank colleagues for their help and support and hear how the team has been coping since the pandemic arrived in March.

Stuart spent an hour speaking to a number of colleagues, including union reps, about the various issues the business faces – including the Universal Service Obligation (USO), the increase in parcels, and how we’re committed to working well with our unions.

New Malden delivery office manager, Alann Overington, said: ‘Colleagues appreciated Stuart coming to visit the office to speak to the team.

‘The overall impression was that Stuart is a man who wants to make the business a success.’

Stuart will continue visiting sites to speak to colleagues and thank them for the tremendous work everyone has been doing throughout the ongoing crisis.
