Health and Wellbeing Ambassador programme July deadline

We are looking to increase our community of volunteer health and wellbeing ambassadors to further enhance our ability to talk to colleagues about health and wellbeing issues.

Over time, our aim is to have an ambassador in every workplace (more in units where there are over 100 colleagues).

We currently have around 300 volunteer health and wellbeing ambassadors across the business, colleagues who have a strong interest in health promotion and helping people get any support they may need. They include frontline colleagues, unit managers, health and safety reps and first aiders.

To grow our ambassador community numbers more effectively, we have moved from face-to-face upskilling events to a digital upskilling module, which is currently available vis PSP/SuccessFactors.

Please remember that the latest date to complete the Health and Wellbeing Ambassador online learning and receive access to the programme during July is this Sunday, 19 July.

Access to the Ambassador programme will only be given four times each year, during January, April, July and October, and so after this Sunday, the next point at which entry will be made available will be this coming October.

The online learning remains available to complete at all times via PSP/SuccessFactors.

Anyone who believes they have the required skills should seek authorisation from their line manager before completing the online learning. Frontline colleagues will be given priority. Access may not be possible where workplaces already have existing ambassadors in place.

A Royal Mail account and email address is essential to access the online learning module via PSP/SuccessFactors. Line managers should make any new requests for a Royal Mail account and email address by completing the 'My HR Help' self-service form on the PSP homepage.
