‘Truly grateful’

CEO Stuart Simpson paid a visit to Wimbledon Delivery Office this week, to thank colleagues for all their hard work during the ongoing pandemic.

In what continues to be a challenging time, the business is extremely grateful for the incredible work that colleagues across the UK have been doing delivering for the country.

While in Wimbledon, Stuart met colleagues and discussed the issues the business faces – including falling letter volumes and the ever-increasing numbers of parcels. He also spoke to the team on how they have been managing during the coronavirus crisis.

‘I know a number of people who live locally,’ said Stuart, ‘and I’ve had lots of messages of thanks for all the great work the postmen and women in Wimbledon Delivery Office have been doing over the past three months.’

Stuart will be visiting other sites to thank colleagues for delivering such a fantastic service to our customers over the coming weeks.
