‘They’re just perfect’

Thanks largely to colleagues at Hockley Delivery Office, one small business customer has been able to stay busy throughout the current crisis.
When they first started their business, Natalie and Daniel Reynolds, owners of Fred & Noah – a luxury British brand specialising in unisex baby leggings and children’s fashion 0-6 years – were just making clothes for friends.
But as Fred & Noah grew, they got to the point where demand for their products was so high that they could no longer make the clothes themselves. They now have a factory, they’re partnered with British clothing company, Joules, and their company has grown exponentially.
Press play to hear how we have been helping Natalie and Daniel keep their customers happy.
‘We’re thankful to be busy and we’re just keeping going,’ said Natalie. ‘The fact that you guys are still operating obviously means that we can still stay open.
‘We’ve formed some nice relationships with our posties. We’ve seen an influx in purchases, particularly with gifts. We’re writing lots of lovely gift messages for baby showers, new births and first birthdays.’
‘If Royal Mail wasn’t still picking up the mail and delivering, it would be a real headache because we’d have to source a new mail supplier,’ said Daniel.
‘We’d like to say thank you to Hockley Delivery office, said Daniel. ‘They’re just so good to deal with. We phone them up if we need anything. They know who we are. They’re just perfect.’
