‘Outstanding job’
In the latest RMtv Special programme, our new CEO, Stuart Simpson thanks colleagues for their incredible efforts in delivering for the country since the coronavirus pandemic brought the UK into lockdown.
Stuart visited Kingston-Upon-Thames Delivery Office to catch up with colleagues and hear how they have been affected by the pandemic. He also discussed the future direction of Royal Mail.

In what continues to be a hugely challenging time, the business is incredibly proud of the workforce and the tremendous that work colleagues across the UK have been doing delivering for the country.
'The reason I'm at Kingston is that this is my local delivery office,' said Stuart. 'I've come here today to say thank you to all the postmen and women, managers, and reps – for the outstanding job they have done. It's been absolutely amazing.
'The other reason I'm here is to hear people's views. I strongly believe that we get the best answers and the best decisions when we drive decisions from the lowest possible level by listening to our people on the frontline, as well as of course, our managers and the union.’
Stuart will be visiting other sites to thank colleagues for delivering such a fantastic service to our customers over the coming weeks.
