Stirling effort

It has been truly inspirational to see how everyone has been coming together during this difficult period.
Throughout the business, colleagues of all grades across every function are playing a vital role keeping the mail moving and continuing to deliver a fantastic service for our customers.
We can all be immensely proud of how everyone has been playing their part. Press play to see some of the amazing work colleagues in Cumbria for example, have been doing during the current crisis.
Meanwhile in Scotland, business customer Donna Pelletier of Lennoxtown-based Art World Online, has praised colleagues at Kirkintilloch Delivery Office for all their help and support, particularly, during the current lockdown period.
‘Can I just say a huge thank you to the Kirkintilloch Delivery Office workers.,’ she said. ‘We have had an account with Royal mail since 2013 when we started our business out of a flat. We're now in a warehouse and honestly, we would not be where we are now without the help and support from our account manager and especially, the workers at the delivery office who always, always go above and beyond for me.
‘You are always so helpful and have gotten me out of a jam on more than one occasion. We’re really grateful that you're keeping us in business, and I know our customers are grateful too. So, to those I have regular contact with, thank you for your support, patience and help, and to those I've not met before, thank you, I know you are there.’
Responding to the praise for his team, Kirkintilloch delivery office manager, Andrew Mullen, said: ‘This is an extremely rewarding compliment for the team here in Kirkintilloch from a local business.
‘It really shows the hard work and commitment from all our staff in Kirkintilloch Delivery Office, who have not only been providing a fantastic service today, but throughout these unprecedented times.’
And finally, colleagues at Stirling Delivery Office (pictured) donned their finest kilts and highland gear in appreciation of NHS workers across the Forth valley. The boys brought some much-needed socially distanced cheer to their office and customers. Tam O’ Shanter caps off to them!
