The RHF are ready and waiting to help those who are struggling financially
We have provided additional funding to our in-house charity, the Rowland Hill Fund (RHF) to help colleagues in need.
We recognise that some of our colleagues will be financially affected by the impact of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
As such, we are supporting the Fund in order to give short-term assistance for those, who are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of covid-19.
Typically help may be available where:
- You are on significantly reduced or unpaid leave due to childcare and are unable to secure a school place.
- You are on significantly reduced or unpaid leave due to caring for a dependant who is identified as vulnerable in line with NHS notifications.
- You are on significantly reduced or unpaid sick leave due to a historic sick absence combined with a current absence due to covid-19 sickness or enforced isolation based on NHS notification.
