‘You’re fab’

Your commitment is not going unrecognised

Coronavirus and the public health measures in place have provided us with one of the greatest challenges we’ve faced in more than 500 years of history.

Our feet on the street network is a lifeline to communities battling sickness, isolation and loneliness as we continue to deliver to 30 million addresses in the UK. Customers have always had trust in the service we provide. But now, they’re relying on us more than ever.

We recently caught up with some of our business customers, such as online party games company, Hannah’s Games, and food and drinks company, the Skinny Food Company.

Press play to hear how they’re coping and to hear some of our senior leaders express their gratitude for the ‘frankly staggering’ job you are all currently doing.

'If Royal Mail stops delivering, my business will close, literally overnight,’ said Hannah’s Games founder, Hannah Daragon. ‘The same day Royal Mail stops delivering, will be the same day my business closes.

‘I’m so grateful that everything is still moving. I hear everyone talking about these key workers, nurses, social workers, police, doctors and postal workers. You guys are keeping us all going. If I didn’t have you guys delivering to us and collecting from us, I’d be completely isolated. So, thank you so much for what you’re doing. You’re fab.’
