Our 2020 Employee Survey is now live until 11pm on 3 April. This is your chance to have your say and tell us how you feel about working at Royal Mail Group.
This year, everyone is completing the survey online. It is easy to access, shorter and completely confidential. All data is recorded directly on the platform of our new independent partner, Qualtrics. We will also get the results more quickly, so there is more time to focus on action planning.
If you are a frontline colleague with no work email address:
- Go online on any internet-enabled device and enter this address: http://bit.ly/rmgsurvey2020
- Enter your pay number as your password and follow the instructions.
Look out for a postcard landing at your home address later this week with the survey link, QR code and instructions, as well as posters and information on the TV screens in your workplace.
Colleagues who have a work email address will receive the link to the survey by email as usual.
