Connecting communities

Your March Courier, which will be landing at homes from today, focuses on the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The changes in life that this crisis is causing to everybody globally is challenging. We have to put all of our differences aside and work together for the best of the country. We need to stand together to assure customers that we will fulfil our important responsibilities and confirm the trust that society has in our service.
We have established a coronavirus team which will meet every day with the Executive Board to make sure that we can make quick decisions that are in the best interests of our people, our country and our company.
Times are not easy. But it is your hard work that is helping to keep the UK’s businesses going. If we keep our health as our first priority, if we keep on washing our hands and adhering to the social distancing guidelines, we can fulfil our duty to our country, and we can protect our company.
Also in the issue:
- Customers continue to praise our colleagues for the work we’re doing to connect communities across the UK.
- From sick pay to PDA procedures and top tips to stay healthy – your coronavirus questions answered
- We visit Bristol to see how colleagues train to use our parcel sort machines (PSMs)
And finally, how your feedback shaped your new uniform. Following two years of research and visits to sites all over the UK, a brand new uniform range will be trialled soon.
