Congratulations to 14 special colleagues at Doncaster Mail Processing Unit, who have gone an amazing 11 months without a single customer complaint.
Operations manager, Adam Knight, said, ‘This is quite an achievement, especially at a big site like Doncaster.
‘The team have been working really hard on processes and best practice to drive down complaints. When one of the managers, Tony Lumley told me about this, I wanted to do a proper thank you, so I sent them one of our thank you cards to their home address.
‘With a million things going on, it’s often easy not to find the time to recognise the top performance we see daily from our people. But it’s really important - we all like to be valued.’
