‘My postie is just the nicest and most helpful chap’
Customers up and down the country have been tweeting in their praise after being dazzled with our ‘stunning’ service. We even had one former colleague reminiscing about his 20 years at Royal Mail, tweeting how he’d ‘loved every minute.’
A huge thank you to all our ‘hard-working posties,’ who like Martin in the Ribble Valley, have been doing their best to brighten up our customer’s lives.

- @jenlow1989 – Went to collect a big parcel earlier with my 7-month-old in my arms and they very kindly carried it out to my car without being asked. Great customer service!
