Service delivery leader Ady Fielding, said: ‘With there being so much going on in support of our communities, responding to colleague feedback and improving performance, we wanted to find a way to recognise everything in one place.
We’re adding to our Wonderwall all the time and it makes me really proud to see how committed our people are to making Royal Mail such a great place to work.’
