Supporting flood victims
We are doing all we can to help those affected by the recent bad weather
Royal Mail is reassuring customers in the worst affected areas as bad weather continues to blight the country.
We are doing all we can to support victims of Storm Dennis and the flooding that is affecting so many communities.
This includes holding mail for people whose homes are inaccessible, for collection at their convenience with proof of ID.
We will also be providing a free Redirection service for victims of the flooding, who have had to move out of the area temporarily and therefore wish to have their mail delivered to an alternative address.
