We’re delighted to announce that Parcelforce Worldwide won the ‘Best Customer Experience’ Award for our innovative Tracking & Reporting Dashboard at The Delivery Excellence Awards 2020, announced on 4 February.
The Dashboard is completely unique in the industry as it provides customers with a single view of all their UK and international parcels in near real-time in a simple, easy-to-use format.
Fundamentally, the Dashboard empowers customers. Businesses can search for a specific parcel – pulling up tracking information and customer signatures – or track the status of all their deliveries 24/7, and then run their own reports on whatever they want, whenever they want.
The Dashboard was always designed and built with customer feedback always at the forefront and is another great example of Parcelforce Worldwide’s customer-centric digital strategy. We are therefore delighted to have won ‘Best Customer Experience’ at the Delivery Excellence Awards.
