A safe, secure and compliant Royal Mail is the aim of Dr Shaun Davis. Having previously headed up safety, health, wellbeing and sustainability, Shaun has now taken on responsibility for compliance and security, too.

As Royal Mail's global director compliance & sustainability, Shaun is focusing on ‘reinvigorating the importance of security.’

‘Security is everybody’s responsibility in the same way that safety is everyone’s responsibility,’ said Shaun. ‘And if we all challenge ourselves to do that little bit more on remaining vigilant, challenging behaviours or actions that are a departure from policy, I think we could start to see a real shift.’
