Empowering you

In April 2018, Royal Mail signed up to the everywoman platform - an online personal development tool geared towards helping colleagues take control of their own career development.
The platform is open to both female and male colleagues to register, and can be accessed via a web browser or by downloading the everywoman network app.
It includes webinars, workshops, articles, videos and webcasts covering everything from how to get the most out of your 1-2-1s and building leadership skills, to guides about promoting yourself and developing your personal brand.
Starting this February, the everywoman network team are excited to bring their 2020 Emotional Intelligence (EQ) webinar series to their members.
Research has found that EQ is six times more important than IQ in determining outstanding leadership and success in the workplace. Even people with many apparent leadership strengths can benefit from understanding those areas of EQ where they have room to grow.
Join the everywoman network to explore the key 10 x EQ competencies of: self-knowing, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-control, empathy, straightforwardness, relationship skills, self-actualization, optimism and adaptability.
The first ‘Introduction to EQ’ webinar takes place this Thursday 27 February 9.30am–10am.
