Winter People Panel

On Monday 40 colleagues from across the business gathered at Greenford Mail Centre for our Winter People Panel.

During the day, members gave feedback on preparations for this year’s Employee Survey, Royal Mail’s Health and Wellbeing strategy and our internal communications channels. Tony Bicknell, service delivery leader for Greater London, also joined to hear and discuss the views of his colleagues.  

Head of employee experience, Gemma Webb, said: ‘We had a really lively and valuable discussion. The feedback from our members is helping us to shape our approach to important Group-wide activities, but we also hope they go back to their sites with information they can share with colleagues.’

Look out for feedback from our People Panel members in next month’s Courier. The People Panel is held four times a year and is a forum for colleagues to share their feedback and ideas on a wide range of activities.
