RHF Awareness Week
This week is Rowland Hill Fund (RHF) Awareness Week, your chance to understand more about the kind of work our in-house charity does, and learn how you can support those who are struggling financially.
Chief operating and finance officer Stuart Simpson, said: ‘The RHF are ready and waiting to help those who are facing financial struggle as we start a new decade. The issues faced by our colleagues include illness, debt, disability and struggles with mental ill-health
‘I am delighted to support our in-house charity and so should you. Their work is an essential part of providing support to our people.
‘Recent help has been given to a family facing the death of a child, a grant towards arrears in utility bills due to long-term illness, a donation to a postwoman and her family whose house was flooded and a financial contribution towards the cost of an Air Ambulance for a postman involved in a motorbike accident on the Isle of Man.
‘The money they raise is essential for “helping our own” and this week is your opportunity to support by talking about how the Fund can help you and raising as much money as you can. Please show your support for this great cause.’
