Dr Shaun Davis’ second book on improving mental health hits the shelves this week – and we have 20 copies to give away.

Our global director compliance and sustainability’s new book Positive Mental Health follows the success of his first release, Positive Male Mind.

Press play to hear why Dr Shaun has penned book number two as he talks to RMtv presenter Bryony Billson about the book, mental health and Royal Mail’s response.

And, you can claim one of 20 copies Dr Shaun has kindly agreed to give away. To win a copy, send a short answer to one of the following questions. You can email groupcommunications@royalmail.com or write to Group Communications, Royal Mail Group, 100 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0HQ. Be sure to include your postal address.

How do you think mental health can be improved? Or, how can we reduce the stigma around mental health?

Dr Shaun says: ‘Positive Mental Health builds on my first book and the feedback I got from that. It’s about moving away from men’s health specifically and into general mental health.

‘People automatically jump to stress, anxiety and depression when you say mental health. Framing it as positive mental health moves the discussion away from the negative association and gets people thinking.’
