The changing mailbag was a hot topic over Christmas
The RMtv cameras were out on delivery during Peak getting an understanding of why the business needs to change.
As part of our ‘turnaround and grow’ plans, we want to deliver larger and Next Day parcels separately. This would separate this growing area from letters and small parcels and protect our Universal Service Obligation. Our people tell us that delivering large and bulky items at the same time is proving problematic.
That’s certainly the case for postman Andy Quinnell at Cricklewood Delivery Office, who told us his thoughts in this week’s RMtv.
