Payroll giving

Donating to a charity you feel passionately through payroll is easy, but it can also make a life-changing impact to those who need it most.

Royal Mail offers two schemes: Payroll Giving, where you set the regular weekly or monthly amount you wish to donate; or, Pennies from Pay, where the odd few pence from your regular salary payments are rounded down to the nearest pound and donated to our charity partner, Action for Children.

What’s more, any donations made through payroll to Action for Children will be matched by Royal Mail, up to £100,000 a year.

Our Payroll Giving scheme holds the Platinum Payroll Giving Quality Mark Award, and is one of the largest in the UK.
