One to XI: Jude Stirling

Some of you may recall Jude became the face of our new e-trikes – and a Courier cover star to boot - when he was selected to pose for the media at our press launch in Stratford, east London, in March last year.

But previously he enjoyed a 17-year professional football career, clocking up appearances for a number of clubs, including Luton Town, Stevenage, Lincoln City, Peterborough United, MK Dons and Notts County.

Famous for his long-throw capabilities, he memorably played in the opening game of Juventus’ new stadium while a Notts County player, helping the Magpies to a fine 1-1 draw and marking Alessandro Del Piero, among others.
