Maintaining and driving up quality following a successful Peak period

Our most recent Quality of Service report for First and Second Class USO mail revealed that we had exceeded both our First and Second Class targets in the first half of the 2019-20 financial year.

Colleagues across the UK went the extra mile to ensure our busiest time of year was a success. If we can keep our momentum going following a successful Peak period, we will be able to meet our full year target for the first time in three years.
