We’re in the middle of our busiest ever December, as peak parcel volumes combine with the first General Election in this month since 1923. Right now, we’re in our busiest week, while post-Christmas, the sales period and returns market will mean we remain busy throughout January.
‘We have seen two really big weeks and I expect this week to be really buoyant as well,’ said Simon. ‘Our Quality of Service has improved, and I’d like to say a big thanks to everyone involved.’
