Next week is when our Special Delivery (SD) Guaranteed 9am and 1pm items really start to increase.
Our Guaranteed SD service is our leading premium product and many of our customers will be using the service to get their last-minute items delivered just in time for Christmas.

It requires strict operational procedures so that we can deliver often valuable items through the pipeline securely and on time. It’s vital that all colleagues understand the importance of processing SD items in SD lockers and that they can all recognise SD items when mixed with normal traffic.
