Sally Ashford shares her Christmas message for colleagues
HR director Sally Ashford has backed colleagues to deliver a great Christmas for Royal Mail customers.
In a video message for colleagues, which you can view here, Sally praises the resilience and hard work of our people.
With a first General Election in December since 1923, coupled with the usual peak parcels volumes, it’s set to be our busiest end to the calendar year ever.
‘I’d like to say a big thank you for your hard work over the last 12 months – it has been a tough year,’ she says. ‘I know through the dedication, the resilience and the hard work of all of you, we will deliver a great December.
‘You make Christmas happen and we really appreciate all the work that you do for that.’
