The platform includes workbooks, webinars, videos, podcasts and articles across a range of relevant and diverse leadership subjects sharing updates from influential men and women in business, as well as practical guidance for subjects such as:
- Getting the most out of 1-2-1s
- Developing your personal brand
- Learning how to promote yourself
- Improving workplace communication
Royal Mail currently has more than 1,800 colleagues already accessing the platform for their personal development.
Ricky McAulay, national service delivery director, said: ‘I would encourage you to take up one of the screenshare ‘Welcome & Introduction’ sessions run by Everywoman.com to showcase the platform.
‘The 30-minute long webinar sessions are taking place on 12 and 15 November, and provide an overview on how to navigate the tools within the site.
‘If you feel that this is not something of interest, I challenge you to share the invite with at least one colleague in your circle of influence, to extend the opportunity as widely as possible, to help us develop and support colleagues irrespective of their roles, e.g workplace coaches, trainee/cover managers etc.’
