Based amidst the Georgian splendour of Bath, Moi-Même is a luxury gift subscription service for women.

Customers receive boxes of quality independent goods like candles, soaps and stationary delivered monthly or quarterly. The aim, as founder Camilla Bourquin explains, was to ‘give gifts that women like to receive but aren’t necessarily going to spend their money on.’

Our services are essential to her business model: ‘I have an online business account and the Click and Drop service, and that’s actually a really great system in comparison to other services,’ she said.

‘The label printer has also been an absolute lifesaver and is one of the best things I’ve bought.’

Moi-Même also benefits from our subscription service – we’re an increasingly trusted provider for subscription box companies. In Camilla’s case, it means we can support her peaks in volume with ad-hoc collections, and she can drop her packages off at our customer service points.

‘Royal Mail’s reputation is important,’ said Camilla. ‘Reliability does trump price a lot of the time. We’ve got a lovely postman here and you can tell they actually care about what they do. All business comes down to personal and human relationships, including when you’re delivering the post.’
