The Parcelforce mobile app has been redesigned to help customers and recipients easily select how, when and where their parcels are delivered to.
The app has been redesigned to make it more intuitive and simple to navigate, with easy to follow instructions for registration. Customers can also download the app on multiple mobile devices.
There is new help functionality including FAQs, links to Parcelforce Worldwide social media channels and access to customer service teams. The app also includes a new feature enabling customers to have items delivered to their preferred Post Office branch should they not be home.
Existing features of the app have also been updated to increase ease of use. In ‘My Parcel Live’, on the day of delivery, the app now provides a delivery time and customers can track delivery to their door. It also includes delivery preferences such as deliver to neighbour, safe place and Post Office options.
The app update includes the following:
- New and improved tracking functionality, with the added ability to select a preferred Post Office using a lookup map tool and address option
- A section on FAQs is included to cover off some of the most commonly asked questions from recipients
- Users can begin their parcel booking journey with a convenient ‘quick quote’ widget embedded within the app.
