Countdown to Christmas

In your November issue of Courier, we look at how our parcel sort machines (PSMs) continue to power our growth.

We hit a major milestone in our automation journey this month, when for the first time in a single week, more than 10 million parcels were successfully sorted across our PSMs.

That wasn’t the only automation landmark reached in November, as the bumper week also pushed the combined total successfully sorted on all PSMs to more than half a billion since our first site went live at Swindon Mail Centre in December 2016.

Last month, the 16th – and most recent – PSM went into operation at Glasgow Mail Centre. And next montht Home Counties North Mail Centre will start using its second machine.
