Christmas crooning

Our very own ‘Mail Voice Choir’ is inviting colleagues, friends and family to join them at their Christmas carol service in aid of our charity partner, Action for Children on Monday 2 December.
Chief finance and operating officer, Stuart Simpson, said: ‘I am delighted to support this year’s Royal Mail Voice Choir Christmas service, their first-ever in aid of Royal Mail’s charity partner, Action for Children.
‘Action for Children is a fantastic cause, with a vision of a safe and happy childhood for every child and young person in the UK.
‘The money raised by the Mail Voice Choir on 2 December will go towards providing the Blues Programme – a preventative, school-based mental health programme for 13-19-year-olds in local communities across the UK.
‘Children need a solid foundation to thrive. On average, every classroom in Britain has three children with a diagnosable mental health illness.
‘In partnership with Action for Children, we hope to be able to help thousands of young people at risk of developing depression and other mental health issues to get the help they need.
‘I would therefore welcome colleagues to attend this event, an evening of fun and festivities among friends - all in a worthwhile cause.’
