Dreamwear founder and CEO, Tauseef Nawaz always wanted to own his own fashion brand – but competition is fierce and so to stand out, he had to develop an inspirational identity.
‘I’ve always been searching for a platform where I could not only achieve my goals and dreams, but also inspire others,’ he said.
Out of that idea, Dreamwear was born. Originally an online-only shop, Tauseef recently made the move to his own bricks-and-mortar store. But to get orders out promptly to customers, he needed a delivery service he could rely on – and so he turned to Royal Mail.
‘Royal Mail has allowed us to connect with the customers personally and really simplify the process,’ he said. ‘We’ve never been let down.
‘It’s essential for us to offer that efficient service to our customers and also add in that personal touch.’
To keep expanding, Tauseef would like to see Special Delivery expanded to Sundays.
