‘My daughter unknowingly dropped her bank card next to her car, which was parked away from our house. Sue kindly picked it up after noticing it when she parked her van, and from recollection of names on a fairly new development, put the card in an envelope and posted it through our door explaining where she'd found it. I’m so grateful to Sue for doing this as my daughter is only 19. It could have had serious consequences if it had fallen into the wrong hands. Sue is a credit to you, she is always so friendly and helpful.
