Ride ready

The team at Heathrow Worldwide distribution centre (HWDC) are gearing up for their annual Cyclathon event in aid of Sebastian’s Action Trust on Thursday 19 September.
International colleagues have a long running relationship with the charity, which supports the families of local life-limited and seriously ill children, from diagnosis through to treatment and beyond.
International operations director, Mike Sibley said: ‘We want to see as many people as possible getting involved in our Cyclathon 2019, either on a bike or cross-trainer or just visiting the HWDC ops floor to support those who are taking part.
‘And of course, we want your generous donations for this fantastic charity. If you want to learn more on what Sebastian's Action Trust do, you can watch their YouTube video here. I’m sure it will inspire you to want to help and support us in our challenge.
‘If you would like to donate towards our fundraising for the Cyclathon and can't come and join us in person, please donate online by visiting our Sponsor Me page here.’
Bob Lawrence, international operations communication and engagement lead, said: ‘Our Cyclathon is a fantastic event, which really brings our people from across International together to focus on helping others. It's a truly inspiring thing to see, so if you can come along please do! We’re very grateful for all your support.’
