Our responsibilities

As previously mentioned, compliance to the law and our regulation is vital to the success of Royal Mail.
Our annual compliance refresher is now live. Compliance training means that all our people are fully aware of both their own, and Royal Mail’s responsibilities. We are all responsible for compliance and each of us has a role to play.
The refresher is a great opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of compliance and our values. The training will support colleagues’ understanding of their roles and obligations in these important matters.
Colleagues will have received an email invitation with a link to access your training. Alternatively, you can access the training via SuccessFactors by clicking on the 'Compliance' box. Although it is a busy time for the business, the training will play a key role in ensuring we operate in a safe and compliant way.
Please ensure that you complete your 2019 annual compliance refresher at the earliest opportunity and no later than 8 October 2019.
