Everywoman wisdom

Earlier this year we celebrated the one-year anniversary of the Royal Mail Group partnership with the Everywoman platform - an online personal development tool helping colleagues take control of their personal and professional development.
Established in 1999, Everywoman champions the advancement of women at all levels in all sectors, ‘creating strong pipelines and shining the spotlight on female role models to inspire those coming up behind them.’
Despite the name, the membership is open to ALL colleagues, both male and female, and at all grades. Everywoman.com provides users with access to a wealth of materials, which are aimed at increasing learning and self-development to help inspire success and fulfil potential.
We currently have more than 1,540 colleagues who have signed up to date to benefit from the platform, which can be accessed 24/7 via a web browser or by downloading the Everywoman app.
Our women’s steering group will soon be running webinars on how to make the best use of this platform, so keep an eye out for dates and further details on myroyalmail.com.
