Direct4Baby director, David Ball, said: ‘Our customers place a tremendous value on next-day delivery. Nowadays, customers want their items, not just next-day, but they want to receive confirmation right the way throughout that process.

‘They want despatch notifications, they want delivery notifications, and they want to know when and where it’s been delivered.’
