- @collarsbytilly - Let's hear it for the posties @RoyalMail. Many small businesses are quick to criticise when things go wrong (very rarely in our opinion) but we never hear from them when things go well. We ordered a parcel from Cumbria at lunchtime yesterday and it was here today. Thank you.
- @scottypants1982 – Everytime @Hermesparcels is in possession of a parcel, it NEVER gets delivered on time. @RoyalMail have been delivering 30 years and never once got it wrong!
