Postman Neil Phelps (pictured) from Ashford Delivery Office has received very special thanks from Year 1 pupils at Ashford School in Kent for ‘kindly’ collecting their letters home.
Meanwhile colleagues in Balham, Bath and Bishopbriggs, to name just a few, have all been singled out for praise for going above and beyond to help customers
