In this week’s RMtv programme we’re in the South Midlands, speaking to colleagues from across our operational pipeline – in Logistics, Process and Delivery – to understand more about what our transformation means for you.

While for the majority of colleagues our network redesign will not result in a significant change to their role, in five year’s time our business will work differently.

By 2024, we’ll be a growing, more efficient, parcels-led business, where letters are still important. A key part of our £1.8 billion investment is a network redesign to make us a more efficient business and improve how we all work.

The changes we’re making are reflective of the market, with next-day expectations through the roof. Our extended network will help free up capacity to manage increasing parcels volumes, allowing us to cope with additional pressure – especially at peak times.
