Achim Dunnwald discusses our ‘turnaround and grow’ plan with North London colleagues
Our chief strategy and transformation officer, Achim Dunnwald, met around 40 colleagues at Holloway and Highbury delivery offices.
Achim spoke about the ongoing challenges and opportunities we face in the market, as well as our ‘turnaround and grow’ plan for the next five years.
Holloway delivery office manager, Credence Cole, said: ‘It was interesting knowing about the challenges we have as a business. Timely change, with everyone on board, is what we need to succeed.
‘I think we need to make changes sooner rather than later to be as successful as we can be with other people in the market.’
