We all have a role to play in protecting our people and brand. If you know of or suspect any wrongdoing, please ensure you tell someone.
As a business, we are committed to conducting business to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and openness.
All colleagues should be able to raise concerns, concerns which will be listened to and acted on. You can talk to your line manager or you can Speak Up by calling the confidential hotline on 0800 090 3154 or the online web-based service by clicking here. We will take action.
Some examples of situations where you may raise a concern include:
- Misreporting
- Fraud
- Giving or taking of bribes
- Corruption
- Health and safety
- Financial malpractice
- If the disclosure is in the public interest
- Breaches of law or regulation; or
- Potential environmental incidents/failures.
