Recruiting for Christmas
While many of us are still trying to make the most of the British summer, planning is already well underway for our busiest time of year and you may know just the person to help.
We plan all year round to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service to our customers at Christmas time and once again, this year we are recruiting thousands of extra people to help permanent colleagues deliver a fantastic Christmas.
We’re looking for reliable and hard-working people to work mainly in mail centres, parcel sort centres and drivers. Applicants must be over 16 and be able to:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift up to 11kg
- Be able to push wheeled containers up to 250kg

Online applications for roles will open on Thursday 29 August and everyone who has registered their interest will be sent a special Friends & Family link to apply through. Applications for the Friends & Family scheme will then close on Sunday 15 September.
