Colleagues in Birmingham are demonstrating the value of keeping our mail trays clean – and they’re urging you to play your part.

We give around 220,000 trays to our customers every day, and more than 25% of them arrive with some form of defect – from litter, to keys and PDAs left in trays and even dirt.

At Redfern Park Delivery Office, colleagues are working hard to improve our statistics – but they need others to do the same.

Postman Will Robinson said: ‘Some of the trays you do come across, they do have dirt on them. If any of that soaks into the mail or parcels in the tray the customers will see that. That is not a good image for the company.’
