What change means for you – we’re advancing in technology with Final Mile Optimisation
Our five-year ‘turnaround and grow’ plan is underway – and we’re already making changes. Our previous route mapping software was based on out-of-date maps and needed a lot of manual input. This took up a lot of time.
Our new Final Mile Optimisation (FMO) technology will help us plan routes using the most up to date maps. In future, it will enable us to plan based on fluctuating workloads and different delivery requirements.
