Watch RMtv for the latest as we begin mediation with the CWU

Don’t forget to watch this week’s programme, we update you on where we are on some of the issues that are important to our business and our financial performance.

We have entered into mediation with the CWU. The mediation is set to cover the CWU’s disagreement about how we developed the network review that we carried out early this year, and which led to our strategy.

It may also cover other issues. During mediation, both parties agree that no industrial action will take place.

The use of external mediation was set out in the Agenda for Growth. It is expected to last eight weeks.

We want to reach agreement. We want to work with CWU to turnaround the business.
